A well-trained team works hand-in-hand with technical assistance to guarantee the professional processing of your order. Our machines include:
- 1 forklift with a bucket for bulk solids (2,5 to lifting force and 6,5m lifting height)
- 2 forklifts for the container unloading (2,0 to lifting force)
- 1 calibrated big bag scales for up to 2,5 to
- 1 packaging system for 25kg bags for food & animal feed
- 1 Strema winding machine for a semi-automatic foil winding with up to 300 % pre-stretching
- 1 Ripack shrinking unit 72 kw / To shrink goods
- 1 Bagging machine made of stainless steel for 25 kg bags – 3to/h for TNC or citric
- 1 nibbling unit* – 6to/h with a 3 mm sieve (sieves 1.5, 2, 3 & 5mm)
- 2 Clump crusher works* – ensilage of truck & filling of big bags (sieves 2, 3 & 5 mm) – 20to/h for blocked goods
We self-developed a patented construction for the crushing of goods, that can handle a volume of 20to/h. The structure of the granulation will remain the same and will not be crushed any further.
Moreover we offer the loading of silo trucks (big bag ensilage) & a container ramp for up to 9,0 to (for the unloading of containers)
